Frequently Asked Questions
What is tuition?

Tuition will be $5,000. However, we are working on grants and other funding in hopes of lowering tuition.

How can we apply?

The registration form can be found in the registration tab. Please print, fill out, and mail the registration form and your non-refundable $100 registration fee to Central Minnesota Montessori at P.O. Box 7592 St. Cloud, MN 56302.

Class size?

Our goal is 22-27 students. During our first year we will have one Elementary 1 classroom (E1), which consists of grades 1-3. There will be a Montessori trained teacher and an assistant.

The following year (2019-2020), we will add 4th grade into the class as a transition year. However, if there is enough enrollment, we may add a full Elementary 2 (E2) class. The third year we will have a full E2 class.

The school will be in the St. Cloud area. An appropriate site will be selected and developed to deliver on the vision of the founders.

School hours?

We will work on this with the busing company. It will be comparative to District 742 schools.

Before and after care?

We plan on having before and after care.

Will you follow the district’s calendar?

Yes, we will closely follow District 742’s calendar.

Can children enroll during the school year?

Yes, if there is space available.

Children will need to bring a lunch from home. Refrigeration is not available to store lunches, so be sure to pack non-perishable items or pack cold items in appropriate containers. Microwaves will be available to heat up food.
